An Empty House in Your Neighborhood Can Be Alarming (Part 2)
Another reason why empty houses can be a cause for concern would be if you know that house has been unoccupied for a long while, and you are seeing people in it. People who come at an unusual time of the day; people who are unfamiliar to you and to that house, give the realtor a call again or maybe your village’s security personnel. Use your common sense, someone else may be using that house, whether he or she is not permitted to or using it for something else. Make that house a potential new home for a family and don’t invite unwanted visitors from invading.
